This is the annual garage sale in which everyone at Mountain Shadows Square Owners Association can participate.  If you are planning on having a garage sale for one day this year, this is the day.  The Association will put an ad on the radio and on Craigslist.  Usually the annual garage sale draws scores of buyers.
