Refuse Collection and Schedule
The city negotiates the contract with the refuse company, and bills the association. Owners pay the association for their share of the cost via their monthly assessments, or dues. Many of the options available to residential owners are not available to Mountain Shadows Square owners. The refuse company will replace broken or damaged containers, and will provide smaller containers to owners who request them, but this does not result in a reduction in cost to the association. The refuse company does have useful information about recycling on its website.
