There are two ways to pay your monthly assessments (dues) electronically.  The first is to have your payments automatically debited from a checking or savings account by submitting a completed Automatic Payment form and cancelled check to the management office.  There are no extra charges for this service.  The service repeats monthly until cancelled by the homeowner. 
 
The second way is to pay by credit card or e-check using EBMC's "Community Portal."  There is a charge for this service, and you must first enroll using mtnshadowssquare.ebmcportals.net.  You may also use this site without charge to check your account balance, and all owners are encouraged to enroll regardless of how they pay their assessments.  If you are uncertain what to enter in the required fields, email the Special Projects Coordinator, Gabrielle Harris, at gabrielleharris@ebmc.com, or telephone her directly at 707-584-5123 extension 140.
